Non-Food Vendors

 

What do I get with my ticket?

Each vendor ticket allows entrance for one person and one 10’ x 10′ vendor site.

When can I set up?

Set up starts on Thursday (7/14/2016) at 6:00pm and it must be completed before Saturday (7/16/2016) at 10:00am.

How do vendor spaces get assigned?

Simple. First come, first serve. The earlier you arrive, the closer you will be to the main stage.

Electricity?

There is no electricity at the farm. If you require electricity for your booth, you must provide your own generator and fuel.

Can I camp by my booth?

Yes, you make camp by your booth.

Is security provided?

The festival has security, however, you are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your merchandise.

Can I park my car/ van by my booth?

You may park your car or van by your booth while you are setting up. All cars/ vans must be moved from the general admission area by Friday before 5pm.

Can I play music in my booth?

Yes, however, no loud or amplified music that conflicts with the performances will be allowed.
